Further, and far more importantly, play time is for you, your friends, and your family. When you are playing, turn off the electronic devices. Better yet, leave them home. If you take all the office crap with you, you aren't playing. You are only pretending to play. Unless you work in a life or death profession, your office does not really need access to you 24/7!
Play can be anything that is fun from hide and go seek to the kids, a day at the beach, a trip to the movies, a book read on the back porch. Be creative. Do things with others as much as you can. Play more. Live happier.
Remember, at the end of life, nobody sighs and says, "If I had only spent one more hour at work" or "If I could only teleconference just one more time." Nope, they say, "If I could go to the beach one more time," or "If I could walk in the dewy grass one last time with you." Go play, now. Live now. Then you won't have to say, "If only..." at the end of the day.
