A Flight Through the Universe, by the Sloan Digital Sky Survey Audio A...

The Sloan Sky Survey presents about 400,000 galaxies from their database for you to fly through in two minutes. It is a beautiful thing to see the wonder of a portion of the universe spread out before you. This spans 1.3 billion light years (also measured as redshift 0.1), a fraction of the universe. There are over half a million galaxies at redshifts up to 0.8, which is approximately 7 billion light years away. Beyond that, at redshift 3.0 are 100,000 quasars. Thanks to the Sloan Sky Survey for this information.
